House Rules
Please turn off lights and heating/cooling on departure. For your personal safety and to protect your possessions please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house and valuables are not left in cars.
No Smoking inside please.
Tents and Caravans/Camper vans are NOT permitted.
NO Pets Please.
Fishing: Encouraged, however kindly clean fish at local boat ramps or outside and dispose of carcass wrapped in outside bin.
No parties.
Checkout time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged.
If you use the BBQ then clean it after use.
Remove all rubbish from bins in the house on departure.
Please respect our friendly neighbours and say Hi!
Children
We love having kids stay. We are located by the water. Please ensure you take safety precautions around the water. Our property has stairs and windows that open on second storey. Extra care needs to be taken please. Please let us know if you need the highchair and portacot just bring your own cot linen thanks.
Insects
We recommend taking precautions from insects from sunset to sunrise. This includes shutting unscreened doors and windows in the house.
Heating and Cooling
For your comfort we have electric blankets on the Queen Beds during colder months and central heating throughout the house plus throw blankets. During the warmer months we have evaporative cooling upstairs and fans in each of the rooms.
Downstairs we have a very quiet split system with Heating and Air-Con. Day and Night Blinds keep the home cool in Summer and warm in winter.
